    After making lomper I of course had to buy a package of hotdogs to have some traditional Norwegian hotdogs in lomper. And then while I was in the supermarket I spotted some shrimp and thought I could maybe whip up some Skagenröra to add to the hotdogs. And then once I was thinking of Skagenröra I thought about Swedish tunnbrödsrulle, also often referred to simply as Swedish hotdogs.
